White chocolate and fresh lime zest, blended into a smooth custard. Topped with a golden caramel layer. Served with a dollop of whipped cream and finished with a lime zest.
TRES LECHES CAKE WITH PRALINE
Fluffy sponge cake soaked in a rich blend of three milks, layered with a tangy yuzu-lemon curd and topped with whipped cream, praline and fresh berries. Finished with a pour-over tres leche sauce.

A decadent, dark chocolate brownie topped with premium vanilla bean ice cream, Mexican chocolate sauce and house-made whipped cream.
